Because the majority of our products are consumable, we only offer refunds on orders that have either an error in delivery, such as a customer receiving the wrong product, or a problem with the edibility of a product a customer received. For any product that a customer wishes to receive a refund for, the claim must be opened no later than the end of the business day the customer purchased the item on. For example, if you purchase a product on Friday at 10pm, and then noticed a problem with what you received please send us an email no later than the end of the business day on Friday, which would be 2am. Please include photographic evidence of the issue with the product in your email to us. We reserve the right to deny a refund to anyone. If you believe you deserve a refund even if it's not within our permitted guidelines for return, please contact our support team and we will work to find a solution.
